I’ve grown lots. I really like microgreens as garnish & running through salads. They add so much in the way of interest, colour, texture & flavour for something so small. I really enjoy growing them as well. You can easily spend a small fortune on official microgreen seeds. I do occasionally buckle and try some of the more interesting ones. Generally I use any old brassica, lettuce, radish and herb seeds I have for microgreens.
There was a website about starting your own microgreens business. I looked at a few years ago it was very tempting to try. Can’t find the link now.
