Merry Christmas Everyone

Cooking for me on a new or old cooker Scarlet is an absolute nightmare, never a dream as my family will testify!!

I loved it! It always comes together- no matter how much fizz I consume. 
Though my brother will always say "fabulous Scarlet!" Whatever I serve him   I think that takes the pressure off?

I find the trick is to make dishes that have a long slow cook and can be reheated if cooked early? I love a family dinner
