I've just eaten - and yes i know 9pm is not a good time to eat dinner -
My first beetroots! Picked, washed and stuck in a pan and roasted wit olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic and rosemary.
They were delicious!
My problem now is I've only got about 20 in as I've used the space for dahlias
When is the last date for sowing beetroot?
