Talking of auld games I remember playing summat with rounded pebbles. Five I think that were caught on the back of outspread fingers? Can't remember what the rules were though?

That's  jacks/knucklebones Vinny, toss one, pick up several, also toss five and see if you can catch them all on the back of your hand.

We usedthe poor persons version, pebbles nicked from someone's gravel drive!
