Sloping gardens

Pros, a crazy suggestion from the keyboard of the mistress of craziness - have you considered working in another location? Move to where there's a suitable house that you can afford.

Sadly my career doesn't allow that right now. I'm tied to my current location for the next few years at least. Unlike some of the London types currently moving out to the country, I can't do my job remotely!

I do intend to move a bit further out of the city in the future (and should be able to get more for my money then), but need to stay central until I've completed training.
