Chillies.
I will not be growing chillies next year. I'm harvesting those I have at the moment on and off and have enough in the freezer to last me ages. I would normally leave chilli seed saving to the expert SC, but she might be otherwise engaged at the moment
. I'm happy to save some seeds of those I've grown if there is any interest but I won't bother just for myself.

Anaheim maybe if they ripen
