He recommends Foxgloves, Sweet William, Wallflowers, Honesty and Hesperis/Dames Violet.
Sorry Ben, but I have plenty of these seeds but I will find some to sow - especially Sweet William, Wallflowers and Hesperis (as I have enough Foxloves and Honesty already!)
