You guessed it!! After I took that photo, posted on here, I noticed their Satisfaction guarantee so thought I'd try it! Sent an email to the Customer Care address and it bounced! So I sent them a message on their FB page and looked at their website for who to contact - same email address so I resent my original email and had a reply. Meanwhile, also had a reply on FB and they said they'd send me some Solesta and a packet of another bean.
Then I had a phone call from Ccare - tried to tell them that I'd already sorted it on FB but they said it was a different team.
A few days later I received 2 packets of Solesta and one of Opera DFB. Thought that was the end of it.....................but, a couple of days later another packet of Solesta arrived.
FB complaint = 3 packets; Ccare = 1 packet. I'll use FB in future.
Just hope they're a nice bean!!
