Speaking of videos, I seen a you tube video review by some guy the spice guy or something like that he was called on SC’s chilli powders, he was praising them to the high heavens and kept hinting at wanting the recipe of the blend. He seemed convinced there was more Thant chilli in the mix but We Know SC only uses her own home grown chillis dried and blended.
