Weeded and mulched the central bed in the front garden. Now you can more-or-less tell what's flower bed and what's (weedy) lawn
Also tidied the back garden, as there were loads of odds and ends lying around after winter: compost bags, empty plant pots, broken canes, plant labels, bits of leftover guttering from the shed and conservatory. It still looks a bit like a building site (especially with the builder's bag in the middle of the future lawn), but another run to the tip will see the back of the remaining junk, and by the end of the month it should be starting to look pretty civilised!
