This time I’d walked from the kitchen to the sofa! Not exactly strenuous on the old fingers . My Nan used to have it as well. Don’t think it’s a hereditary thing. just a coincidence.
most the time it’s not that noticeable due to my fingers spending a lot of there time purple thanks to Raynaud's disease.
