Fatalii yellow are absolutely my most favourite chilli!
Whilst they're incredibly fruity and fresh tasting, they could take out your nose hairs if you breathe in the contents of the wok. I make ketchup and chilli jelly from them
plus cook with them.
The rose variety is new to me - can't wait.
Haven't tried the sugar rush peach before either but I'm hoping for a similar fruity chilli.
