How will you be spending Christmas

P and I are alone this Christmas, which is normal. He is a bit bah humbug but does enjoy the turkey and trimmings. Usually it's on Boxing Day the lad and DiL come over but the lad has suggested not. He works in an environment where he meets up with all sorts from all over and says he would be devastated if he introduced the virus to us. DiL thinks he's a bit OTT. It might be an excuse so he can veg out for yet another day rather than be sociable.
Whilst I like the fuss, I do get fed up with the turkey leftovers, and I'm not about to throw any away Perhaps we should get a dog.
