What veg. do you miss eating

Whilst there's some butter better than others........I'll eat any butter in chunks without anything, but preferably really salty on warm new bread with the butter probably thicker than the bread. P says my predilection for dairy is probably clogging up my arteries well and proper.
I don't think Wiltshire make a butter I can brag about though.
