I try to use sea salt whenever I can but not on eggs.
If I crunch on a bit of egg shell that's me done for. The sea salt being crunchy reminds me of egg shells and I can't eat the egg.
I have a tub of Kerala Chinese salt & chilli pepper seasoning I haven't got round to using yet, but it should be nice on chips.
