I'm a fan of herb flavoured salt - basically dried herbs and salt crystals in a grinder, although I've never made them myself. Great on chips.
I'm about to start one with seaweed!! The ingredients are:-
Sea salt, Nori, Sea lettuce, oregano, Parsley, Celery, Basil, Thyme, lemon grass, pepper, Mustard, Coriander, Onion, Garlic, Poppy seeds, Bay, Chilli, Mint, Herb flowers.
So many ingredients you can add - and the more you add, the less salt you use.
A suggestion for SC, in particular - have you made Chilli Salt? Maybe a new line for your "shop" especially if you could find local sea salt. Recipes at https://www.chilipeppermadness.com/chili...lt-blends/
