As kids, my brother and I always laughed at Mold, Bootle and Wem and we named a little pink plastic bear Wallasey. I think it came from a cracker or a lucky bag and was only an inch or so tall. We used to play "Where's Wallasey?" until I hung it from the clothes line by a piece of cotton and Wallasey blew away.
Brother has never forgiven for that.
I just have to say Wallasey and it sets him off.
