Sorry Spec just seen this.

We basically use "The Chair Gym" to do various upper body exercises, similar to this - https://www.gearhungry.com/chair-gym/

Wind blowing very cold, it’s a day for the fire so I cleaned out the fire lit it and got more turf and logs in. It’s Match Day today, Wales are hosting Ireland in th3 Millennium stadium in Cardiff as the final match in round 1 of the Six Nations Championship.
Coffee keeps me busy until it’s acceptable to drink whiskey.

Thanks for that Broadway, I do some similar exercise, I lift my cup up so OH can pour the tea into it and I can also reach over and lift the dinner plate up and over without getting off the chairBig Grin
Though I wish you both well with your exercises

Watched the church service, then later I went over to the burn and collected some sand, which is now spread out in a try to let any weed seeds sprout

I'm having great difficulty in deciding which tomatoes to grow, so many new ones in the seed swap. I think I have finalised the 10ish going into gh1, then try to decide what might be good outdoors and for giveaways, then go back, change my mind, then go back change my mind, then go back change my mind, so on ad infinitum. Mother always said I was indecisive. Smile I have a plan but the plan is so fluid it is no longer a plan. SNAFU. I do so want to try every new one.......

I'm getting antsy to start on my garden, but it's way too cold to be out there right now, so instead I've been filling in the gaps in my garden journal, like these pages that have been sitting as empty boxes since June!

It wasn't nearly that tidy, of course, but it's easier to make sense of than a photo and prettier than my working plan (which is a spreadsheet) Big Grin
How much veg and wildlife can I pack into a 6m x 8m garden in suburban Cambridge? Let’s find out!  Smile

I think you've got it spot on Spec although I think we'll let Veggie have the final vote?

Washed the Saharan sand that rained on most of southern and eastern France (and much of Europe) off the little tunnel.
Topped off the empty end of the tunnel bed with compost.
Re-sowed some aubergines lost to damping off or not germinated very well - changed the compost mixture.
Pricked out peppers and some chillies.
Has Anyone Seen the Plot?
