2026 - How's your weather today?

Sunny, but the wind still has a chill to it. Washing is drying nicely though.

Sunshiny/cloudy. Can't make up its mind - neither can I.

Very nice days, not too hot but sunny. T shirt weather for sure but cold nights. The TV forecasts 5° we get 1° or less. Frosts every night, I'm having to cover up strawberry flowers each evening. I hope the pear blossom survives.

Sunshiny again. GH down to 6.1 last night. I cover the tomato seedlings at night with a bit of a blowaway GH cover so there's still plenty of light getting to them. I have more seedlings in the bedroom, on standby if the worst happens!

The main plus is that there is no wind! Mixture of sun and cloud and bearable with a jumper and shorts on.

Overnight in my GH temp was 4.3c today’s high is there has been 34.4c. Its now dropped to 18c and it feels like rains on the way.

Last night the heated gh was down to between 4° and 5°, the unheated to 0.3°. The poor babies are complaining. I'm having to put shading up during the day to keep the heat off. It's a never ending battle. Meantime we need some rain. I wouldn't want to be a commercial grower or farmer.

I didn't realise you were heating your GH. I gave up trying to heat mine, years ago. Too much hassle and expense for little reward. Does anyone else heat their GH??
Mine was 6.1 last night.
As for today - its cold and cloudy.

Wind has abated but it's still cold out!(and in) Back in long trousers again with thick jumper on and have just lit the woodburner!

My GH isn’t heated Veggie, I have brassica seedlings, some marigolds and a few buckets of lettuce in there.
Everything else is indoors on windowsills.
