Carved all the meat off the remains of my lamb leg from yesterday and will have it later with carrots.parsnips,swede & broccoli. Meat was half price and veggies 4p each..

Still had quite a bit of cold meat left from the carved lamb leg which i had with veg.I gave some to kato and for supper I mixed the remains with pesto pasta. So not only have i eaten veg today but also had my first carbs for a while! i will hopefully get back on the carnivore wagon tomorrow!
