For evening meal yesterday I had rainbow trout fillets with a whole tub of salmon flavoured Philadephia cream cheese which I found to be out of date in the fridge. Kato usually doesn't like fish but he enjoyed the skin & the filly! 
Today will be a roast pork joint which is taking up space in the fridge.I will probably have something else with it, but not sure what yet?
PS Ah well, after checking fridge I had a sirloin steak & rump steaks which were on date so decided to use those instead of the long dated pork joint which will become my Sunday roast. I will have fried eggs and black pudding with the sirloin steak for lunch and have the rump steaks later.

D. Leftover fishfingers with rice, sweetcorn, mushrooms & spring onions.

Yesterdya I had a full English brekkie and two rump steaks shared with Kato for lunch. For supper I had four minted lamb chops I picked up at Icelamd, reduced to the princely sum of £1.19. Bargain.  I also got Kato some reduced price chicken thighs at the same time.
Today my daughter and I are apparently going to Morries cafe where I will have scrambled eggs and maybe a couple of slices of bacon. (to be continued!)
