I'm going to research camelina seeds, never heard of them, were the nice? I'm rather partial to home dry fried (roasted) mixed seeds sprinkled with salt just to snack on (or scoff) but try to avoid doing just that due to calories. I know how you feel about the tin of lentils, I tried, in desperation one evening, a tin of Lidl chilli, it was disgusting, never again.

For Sunday dinner yesterday I had a boneless lamb leg joint with garlic 7 mint marinade bought from ASDA With it I had half a buttered swede and three chanteray carrots plus a few mushrooms that needed using up. For supper I had ham & pease pudding.
Today I am having a six egg cheese omellete with the last of yesterdays lamb joint for lunch and probably smashburgers for ron?
