In an ongoiyng effort to make some room in the freezer I dug out a bag of chicken Tikla kebab meat, I think I bought from Farmfoods quite cheaply. I have tried various frozen kebeb meats before and they are usually disgusting, but I thought I would give this one a try?
I added whole packet to air fryer and added butter before cooking. I have to admit it was quite tasty, so much so I WILL buy it again. Kato liked it and I had mine with some garlic mayo.

A rare treat for me today.............a dressed cromer crab. Very tasty, but not very filling so I had a big chunk of edam cheese with it.
Later I will either be having a steak with eggs or smashburgers with grated cheese? Decisions? decisions? (I know which Kato prefers!)

Chips with a couple of different beef cuts. Mini short ribs and minute steaks in a chilli sauce. Just decide to add mushrooms

One of my main likes is a traditional Sunday roast dinner. I always try to make one with different cuts of beef. This week was a rib something joint but there was deffo no rib in it? It was also all lean meat with no fat.
I had this with a carrot & swede mix using Chanterey carrots I picked up for coppers and a half a swede which had seen better days but once all the mould was cut off along with the skin it was well eatable.
A nice drop of gravy made with the meat goodness topped it all off.
I had half for lunch and the other half is for ron. I did make a boo boo by using ALL the gravy so will just have to ad lib with the oxo for the second eating.

Finishing of the pie but with mushy peas and gravy this time.
