I hadt two day old beef stew I had cooked in slow cooker for lunch.
Meatballs for ron with Passata if I have any in the cuppboard?, if not with grated cheese? Shared with Kato of course!

B. Granola with added seeds and grains, an apple, yogurt & honey
L. Half a tin of sweet potato soup with black olive grissini.
D. Leftover sardine, rice and sweetcorn with some of the mystery brassica, lightly stirfried before adding to the rice.
All FREE except granola & yogurt
