Ham , egg & chips with a side of perfectly blanched broccoli ( it’s rarely perfect! ) for me and a roasted tomato for Bob

Paella?? with actual rice? Yep, I had a low carb brekkie, then had a carb overload for supper.  I had to use it up as i bought it frozen, but by the time I got home it was defrosted!

Paella?? with actual rice? Yep, I had a low carb brekkie, then had a carb overload for supper. I had to use it up as i bought it frozen, but by the time I got home it was defrosted! Why did you buy rice anyway? THought you didn't eat carbs!
