You must be awash and swish when you walk with all that liquid Wink but well done

It doesn’t seem much spread over the 16 hours I’m awake.

It seems my liquid intake is pretty much the same as Thursdays recorded intake.

This maybe too much information but, I try not to drink after 10pm. It seems to be the cutoff point between having to get up in the night for a wee or stayiing asleep right the way through..

2.5 litres is a bit of a sweeping catch-all. We can't all need the same. I was given to understand that you should drink half your weight (in lbs) in ounces of water, so if you weigh 140lbs, then 70oz water = just under 2 litres (1.9889).

I've read a few articles this morning some  saying tea isn't the same as drinking water, others say like the NHS that its 6 to 8 glasses of fluid a day.

copied from  NHS - Water, lower-fat milk and sugar-free drinks, including tea and coffee, all count as part of your daily intake.

I just think you drink what seems right for you.

I agree. Our bodies are amazing. We have this great mechanism called "thirst" that lets us know when our bodies need water, and the kidneys are clever too, concentrating urine if need be, so you can tell by the colour if you have had enough. Unless you've been bingeing on beetroot, but that's another bridge over the river. Smile

Here we go, I would change that to full fat milk if anything? We are the only animal that doesn't drink only water? If I wanted/had  to I could survive on meat, fat, salt and water! I don't, but I am trying to up my water intake! Smile
