Just measured what my glass holds. 350ml (0.615 of a pint if that helps anyone) . I’d be surprised if I drink more than 6 glasses a day. This time of year. I’m counting how many glass I have today.

2 glasses of water 2 and a half glasses of coke. 1 lager. So about 1.5lt and a lager
Probably would have dunked more today. But having someone working in the house making visits to the loo tricky. Not having a bathroom door yet (only a curtain)

I do drink a lot: 2 cups coffee with breakfast, 2 cups tea 1 before, one after dinner and same for tea, about 3L. Probably have one or 2 in between as well after a bit of work or any time I sit down for a rest. Tea is generally black tea with milk but I do like ying zhen silver needle though it is a bit pricey.

I will be trying to drink more this year as when you get older it affects you thirst and you tend to drink less, or so I have been led to believe? I know I have been to Doc's before for a blood test and they couldn't draw blood because my blood was too thick because I hadn't drank enough that day!
I reckon I drink maybe 1.5 litres of liquid a day so will try and up it to 2 litres if possible? My favourite drink is the juice of a lemon squeezed into a pint glass and topped up with cheap lemonade. I usually have a couple of these a day with one cup of tea and maybe 3 cups of coffee?

I’ve been keeping count on the kitchen chalk board.
Up to yet it’s 7 mugs of tea, 3 fills of my water bottle and 2 glasses of water.

Tomorrow, I'll try to keep count of cups. I'm on my 6th cup, about to pour another one.

Are you sure it is sugar you need not caffeine? 2 cups of coffee might be better?

Was made to drink coffee every morning before school. Day I left school was the day that vile bloody stuff was abolished from my life.
