I've never seen a Rocky film either Veggie, so you're not alone. I know who Rocky is though, some I'm halfway there. Smile

Ah well, I suppose it's up to the individual what their viewing preferences are? Huh I haven't seen The Sound of Music ,Titanic or Wuthering Heights which my better half used to rave about! Blush
I digress, I tried 25 press ups this morning and managed. I won't be doing another 25 in the snow on Kato's walk though! Rolleyes Big Grin

As I am roughly half way through the 100 press up challenge I was hoping to be doing 50 at a time by now? This was not to be so after doing 37 last night to finish the 100 that day I have decided to do 33 or 34 each time making it  three sessions a day rather than the 25 x 4 sessions I was doing?

I did 33 this morning and will hopefully follow this routinne for another week before upping it to 50 per session with the grand finale of 100 at once for the last few days of the month. This is the plan, so I hopre I will be able to carry it out? Constant pain in biceps, elbow and shoulder joints now though, (mainly on the left arm because I am right handed) so we shall see?

You'll need all of February to recover.  Smile

Strangely, as I am a glutton for punishment I notice there is a 2000 pushups in February  challenge which should be a breeze compared to the 3100 in January? I may give it a go, and then again, I may not? Big Grin

Is that 2000 a day?

At 2000 a day I would be to scrape off the floor! Cry For the month of February I could manage 2000  methinks? But do I want to, is another matter.?

This push up malarlky gets pretty boring after a while and it isn't really the weather to break the monotony by doing the majority outdoors?

I will persist/percevere with the January challenge, but as for February, not so sure! Huh

Hearty thanks to all who have sponsored me! Cool

I have struggled to up the amount of press ups from the 33/34/33  three times a day to the planned 50/50 twice a day. Today I decided it was too much of a jump and opted to try 40 press ups at once. I managed, but as 20 seems to be quite simple I may do 3 x 20 or another 40 then 20 for the rest of the day, not sure which?

I had hoped to be to at 2 X 50's by now but I am behind schedule! Blush
