They're selling a Push up board! https://www.aldi.co.uk/product/crane-pus...0000685360 I bought one of these at Aldi yesterday! Five stars to you Veggie!
I like to do a couple of outdoor blocks of press ups on Kato's walks but it was a sheet of ice overlaid with water today so I left it until I got home!
I set the board thing up and it appears to be well made and well thought out! Depending on where you set the handles it can excercise triceps, back, chest or shoulders!
I set it up for triceps and did my second 20 of today. The hand grips alleviate the paindull wrists as an added bonus!
The proof of the pudding will be seeing how long it lasts, but I am confident it should be ok.? (It MAY even make me think about carrying on to a lesser extent past the 31 day period)

I spotted the handgrips and thought it might help your wrists. Pleased it works for you.

Done 20 this morning but for the first time I am a bit achy in the arms (triceps) Dunno why it's taken this long to get achy, but hopefully it's a minor blip! I might add to this thread later as it's a 10 day, 1000 press up milestone today!

Can you do one handed pressups - and if so, do you have to do 200 for your challenge?

Howay Veggie, you must have seen Sylvester Stalone in the Rocky boxing films doing one arm press ups (not easy at all) drinking raw eggs when he was training and chasing a chicken to improve his mobility? If not you must have led a sheltered life?
Anyway, that's my hundred completed for today and as it's the 10th January that will make it 1000 press ups up til now!
The last two twenties I set the press up board handles in different positions, 20 for the chest excercise and 20 for the biceps excercise. By alternating between chest, biceps, back and shoulders positions throughout the day it should make it a little less boring and work all the upper body muscles!
Maybe at the end I will be able to do better one arm press ups but can only manage two or three at the moment. I CAN do 'clap hands' push ups though which takes a lot out of you.

Nope, never seen a Rocky boxing film and if, he's chasing chickens I don't want to.
I'm impressed by the "clap" though! Maybe you could aim for one arm press ups with a clap.
