I'm a little bit behnd soooooo. Two days ago I had chicken curry and chips at a hospital resteraun.t Probably sunbsidised? and very nice and very cheap (so much so that if I lived closer I would be making regular visits to hospital!) I cooked off a pork joint and a load of saussages when I got home and had some hot for tea with bramley apple sauce.
Yesterday I had the rest of the pork joint sliced cold (I actually prefer it cold,) along with rest of sauages. Later I wrapped some YS pork sausage meat around three boiled eggs and coated with pork panko. Cooked them in air fryer and had those latrer, two hot and one cold.
Today will be bacon eggs and black pudding once I stop muching on this large packet of YS crisps.

Bought a beef joint fpt £14 to give me three Sunday dinners. Today is the second Sunday so once I have cut the remaining piece in half and cooked it, that will be todays meal. I have some smoked salmom so I may have some of this, or prawns, with it?

B. Toast & peach jam
L. A Chicken Fajita Pot noodle from someone's cupboard clearout. All the pot noodles I've seen are Vegan. Not a hint of chicken. Wasn't very nice anyway.
D. Veggie sausages, potato & carrot mash, cabbage and some "New Year's Day" Chutney.
All FREE except the sausages.

Ribeye steak & fried eggs for brunch. I still have some of my sliced beef joint left from yesterday so will have that later with something else, don't know what yet? but I will come up with something. I had prawns with it yesterday instead of smoked salmon so maybe smoked salmon today?
