I havn't cancelled my Barre session for toorrow evening yet, but I think I will have to as my thigh has doubled in size and is now quite painfull. I now wonder whether my sleep will be impaired tonight! My troubles seem miniscule compared to those who are suffering with storm Bram! Hope everyone is ok.

Ouch Vinny! Doing the splits at anytime of life is not recommended. Hope the thigh improves but it may take some time. Are you able to walk?

The storm here was all talk and no action. Strongest gust we had was only 41mph. Very wet though. Not really anything new. I think we’ve been lucky. Lots of others haven’t been.

Wet & windy, but comparativey warm here and Kato got an abbreviated walk this morning.Leg is 'manageable' and I know what to expect as I ruptured a quad in my right leg through a similar fall a couple of years ago. Jobs a goodun! Cancelled all excercise routines utill the new year though!

It's not raining and the sun's out so it's a day of cutting down, digging up and filling the green bin and compost bin.

A dry sunny-ish day here so a mix of gardening, line drying laundry and a supermarket shop.

Its a bit of a nothing day really - not raining, not windy, not sunny. The washing is in the machine and there's always the undercover area if it rains later!
