For brunch today I had 1/2lb of fatty bacon, a ribeye steak and three fried eggs.

I need to alter my protein to fat ratio to eat more fat as I have slipped into pre diabetes at 43mmo/mol. I dont eat carbs or sugar so I must be insulin ressistant and my liver/pancreas is conveting protein to sugars because I am not eating enough fat according to AL  More butter required! Smile

I hope you know what you're doing, Vinny, because I wouldn't trust my health to AI.

I had a large full English for lunch at a charity cafe that is sponsored by all the local supermarkets plus many more local firms. I imagine this is the reason it is so cheap at £6.50 including a cuppa to go with it!
For tea I made my canivore crack with butter and bacon pieces. It's nice but a bit salty for my taste, so next time I will use unsalted butter and rely on the saltiness of the bacon?
