Part of my meat haul fom last night was twice reduced spicy flavoued chicken steaks. I don't usually buy reduced price chicken, or any chicken to tbh apart from Kato's chicken thighs with skin on,but these were a steal at just over £1.  so I had to have them !Cool

I have just had them for my lunch, oven cooked (you dont realise how much water is pumped into chicken?) Sick I made up some sage & onion stuffing with added butter to up the fat content, to go with them and was quite impressed. I still wouldnt pay the full price of £4.79 for them though! Rolleyes

I 'll have to sort through my meat haul in fridge and see what needs freezing and what I can have for ron? Huh

L. Stilton and broccoli tinned soup - just a taste - horrible.
Packet of crisps to take the taste away.
Tangerine to take even more of the taste away!

For lunch I had two skotch eggs from Morries with runny yolks, which were very nice (apart from yellowing my beard) Big Grin

As a treat & because they were cheap, I am about to eat two Meat Supreme Subs. (Don't usually eat carbs, but as a treat now and again is ok) Rolleyes
