Kato and I have been fishing at Blyth Harbour all day. Caught three Whiting, two Crabs and a Lobster (first for me that one) all returned safely as they were undersize!
Cooked mince & eggs with grated cheese on top in the motorhome. Stopping here overnight and will try to catch something worthwhile tomorow before heading back home!

I had the othe half of my brisket joint, cooked yesteday, cold with butter cubes (it was a vey lean cut) and hot bacon. As usual, shared with Kato who never moved fom my feet. He loves salted butter chunks too but is not keen on the very course Himalayan salt I use on most things!

A foray to Morries cheapy counter afte execising was a canivores delight. I only went in to buy Kato his chicken thighs and finished up spending £45.00 on reduced price meat and fish. Mainly lamb, beef , pork & chicken plus some nice Sea Bream fillets, some of which I fried up when I returned home. As an expriment I also bid a big chunk of chilli flavoued frying cheese in the air fryer which looks nice and brown and I am just about to eat!
