Roast beef today. Cut off the second piece of a large 'three Sunday joint' and bunged it in the oven fo a couple of hours covered with tinfoil! I may have some belly pok with it, if I can be botheed? but if not the joint will be enjoyed with a bit of horseradish and English mustard!

B. Toast & strawberry jam
L. Sausage sandwiches with tomatoes
A pear
D. Tuna mixed into rice and mixed veg, with soy sauce.
All FREE except the sausages, which were leftover from 2 days ago!

A little bit extravagant , maybe? but I had three rump steaks that were out of date yesterday in the fridge. I had them for brunch with two large onions diced and fried.
Couldn't eat it all so left one steak fo ron.
