Last night was tuna salad wrap.
Not sure what for this evening. It will be followed by lemon cheesecake

Haddock this evening either in a tomato butter bean stew or with mashed potatoes, french beans peas and sweetcorn.
I don't like ox and pigs liver either Vinny even tried leaving them in milk for a few hours but that didn't improve the taste.

Smashburgers, cheese and pickled gerkins for me, smashburgers and cheese only for Kato!
I am starting to get used to the new way of supplying beef mince at supermarkets. Because I'ts vacumn packed it has a longer shelf life and because it's in a compressed 'block' there is less likelyhood of bulking up the weight by adding water? It's also easier to quarter and make even sized smashburgers!
I have a ham joint in oven cooked for ron!

Picked up some new pasta to try when we were on the mainland last week. Tonight we’ve had pasta made from red lentil & beetroot flour. Had it with roasted salmon in a cream & spinach sauce with a side of tender stem broccoli.
