An Alphabet of Clutter

C is for CDs. I pulled a few out to give away - probably in Morries as they have a charity book & CD stand. They can have yesterday's books too as the church book event was last weekend! I forgot !!

I get rid of books every week, but somehow it seems that I also get more books coming in

Yesterday should have been D Day but it turned into T Day. I'll do D today - its going to be Desk Drawers.

The Desk Drawers were full of interesting items/aka Clutter.
I found letterheaded notepaper from the previous house (40+ years ago), address labels with outdated postcode, telephone numbers and names on. Sounds pretentious but we had to have them printed when we were selling honey as the jars were required to show the name of the producer. I also found some jar labels for Welsh Honey - no use to you SC, sorry.
Another drawer contained instructions, guarantees and receipts for various electrical gadgets. Some of these gadgets have already bitten the dust so I was able to bin a lot of paperwork.
Lots of the usual pens, sticky tape etc so I consolidated them all in one drawer, rather than 5.
It was a productive day - plenty of clutter has been removed from the premises !

E for Electrical gadget clutter. I'm giving away a Brownie Maker. It was FREE a couple of years ago and I had good intentions, even buying some Brownie Mix (Best before Sept 2023)! I'm obviously never going to use it and it doesn't seem to have any alternative uses, its just a biggish box of clutter!
I've offered it on the local Freestuff group and will decide tomorrow who the lucky recipient is!......
