Pork loin with grated parmesan coating eaten hot off wooden chopping board for lunch. Same again for ron, but cold with cottage cheese & easy peel orange pieces.

B. Toasted bagels with cherry jam and an apple
L. Tuna mayo and lettuce sandwich in seeded bread with tomatoes. Pear.
D. Red lentil korma ( made with some vintage red lentils, chopped green onions, leftover mash and a sachet of Korma curry sauce. Basmati rice (very out of date).
All FREE.

SC It works well using sliced courgettes instead of spinach.

New recipe for tea. Mushroom fete tomato baked peppers.
It’s from the hairy dieter’s cookbook. A new present to myself. I also got their eat to beat type 2 diabetes.
These are going to be used a lot when I have a real kitchen.
Builder that would like to go play in the garden.

These are going to be used a lot when I have a real kitchen. I eat to beat type 2 diabetes (I was on the pre diabettic scale, but no longer am  ) simply by ditching carbs completely most days and drastically limiting carbs on others. Maybe a bit of fruit(fructose) or a scone on odd days?

Fo a late lunch I had a Cumbrian pie YS ready meal fo one. It was mostly tatty so I left half of it and even Kato tuned his nose up at it!
I have loads of meat and fish in the fridge so will decide what it will be for ron?  (Possibly fishy stuff as i missed fishy Friday yesteday?)
