I weekend and bought a donar kebeb from chippy on way home from workout for me and Kato to share. They do make you thisty though and I had to try and stop Kato from emptying his bowl of water and mayself from drinking to much cranberry juice or else we will both be up all night peeing! Rolleyes

A buttered ys teacake for brekkie.

 Smashburgers for lunch with grated chedder on top.I mixed various hebs and spices with the mix, including some of the chilli sauce left over fom last nights kebab! Hopefully they will not be too spicy fo Kato, although somehow I doubt it! Rolleyes He is funny to watch as he tries to nibble all the cheese off, before eating the  burger last! Rolleyes

Probably something a bit later egg related?  as I have just bought some eggs fom the farm whilst walking Kato.

B, Apple, granola & banana custard yogurt (not my favourite flavour but it was FREE)
L. Bagels filled with peanut butter & sliced apple
D. Leftover chickpea burger and mixed veg mash (using up some wrinkled specimens of potatoes, blackened carrots and fresher parsnips) with Jalapeno chilli jam.

All FREE except the granola.

Greek yogurt and blackcurrant jam followed by garlic sausage fo brekkie! (I know, but sausage was passed date so needed eating!)

Lunch will be rump steak & streaky bacon.

Meatballs for ron probably?

It’s Indian takeaway night. Very exciting. We’re both having the same as last time because it was so good.

L. Toasted bagels with some YS Red Leicester and cream cheese spread on it and some tomatoes
D. YS Smoked tofu with a stirfry of carrot, sweet corn, mushrooms and radishes in a Nando's peri peri, lemon & herb sauce

All FREE or YS apart from granola.

This evening veg burgers with Orzo, mushrooms and chard. No spinach that bolted earlier  in the year.
