Picked anything and everything to take to IOW. We're off for 4 days so I didn't want to leave the few cucumbers and sweetcorn to go over.
Gardening is an excuse not to do housework

After looking at the green toms there was only a handful so they're now in the kitchen  and all the plants are in a compost bin.

On returning with motorhome I decided to spray the area above the cab with a mould remover. I did the roof a while back and it's a srpay and leave to do it's work jobbie! The rain washes the residue off so there's no scubbing involved. Used stepladdes to reach the grubby area.

Planted some (FREE) spring onions that have been rooting in water and a few seedling leeks that were lurking in the GH.
Cleared some of the tomato plants and pruned the dead leaves off the rest.
Sowed lettuce and Mibuna seeds in GH2 (Its Leaves week).
Pulled up montbretia and ivy near the rockery.

A bit Caravan cleaning here, removing those black streaks.
I finished just as the rain shower started then it stopped just as sudden

Did some hacking through the path between Middle Earth and The South Bank Wink Amazing how quickly it can become overgrown by brambles, periwinkle and montbretia. There are some hawthorn, holly and pheasant berry bushes on one side (all self seeded) and, while I like to think of them as food for wildlife, they're also painful for me to pass by so I have to reroute the path to go round the bushes. Its not really a "path", just a way to walk from one end to the other in a reasonably direct way.

Played with my new vacuum cleaner. Did I say that I have two now - one upstairs and one downstairs. No excuses now for not grabbing one when I spot some dirt. Big Grin

Having 2 of them is handy no more lugging it up stairs.
