Roast chicken dinner today. It feels like it's a long time since we had that, and it probably is. I work every other weekend, so routines are a bit out of whack.
Tomorrow will be pulled pork with jacket potatoes with lots of veggies in with the pork. I'll use a whole pork tenderloin and pressure cook that with lots of onion, peppers, kale (cause wow, they just don't stop growing!), sweetcorn and whatever else I can find that needs using up.

I hought two packs of vey cheap reduced price pastrami this morning (one of my favourites as it's made from seasoned Brisket) along with some reduced price singapore noodles.
I ate one pack of Pastrami before I set off in motorhome and for ease I have just had the other pack heated with the noodels (And shared with Kato of course)

I did things arse first today and shared smash burgers early doors with Kato then had bacon & eggs in afternoon! Finished off with cheese and crackers for supper. ( Not so keen on cooking in the motohome) At Alnwick now and seem to have been listening to the church bells all day?
