It comes in water like mozzarella, it's in a carton like cottage cheese, but it resembles a mozzarella lump which appears to have a sealed crimped fill point at one end?
The exterioris is a mozarella texture but whem you cut it open it is more liquid inside and seems to be a mix of mozarello and cream. I love cream in everything, I don't use milk and this mix is very 'moorish' and to my taste. Deffo will have some more of it as it's reasonably cheap full price from Aldi I noticed. I prefer it to mozzarello.

Yes, the Duck said it was a mixture of mozzarella and cream. I find mozzarella a bit "rubbery" too - not something I buy. When you mentioned burratta I pictured something like Burritos or something beefy. I learn something new everyday.

Likewise, I wouldn't have bought it if it hadn't been reduced 30% but in future would gladly pay the full price!

L. Leftover pizza & a banana
D. YS Vegan savoury "sausage" roll with tomatoes & Habanero Chilli chutney. (a bit too hot for me but, it was FREE so I have to try it.)

Greek yogurt and blueberries for brekkie
Experimental brunch today which wasn't too bad.
Three slices of barely out of date smoked bacon with half a tub of of salmon flavoured Phiadephia added to three eggs before srambling. (the other end of the Philadephia tub had a touch of mould & the fourth bacon slice was hard and shrivelled so wasn't used!) Added to this on the plate was half a tub of in-date Emporium whipped soft cheese spread with cherry tomatoes & Chilli (Deffo buy some more of this as it was very tasty, just can't remember where I got it from?)
For later I have a rump steak and because I have already had eggs today, I will have this with cottage cheese.
