Lamb breast, the cheapest and in my opinion the tastiest lamb I could find (used to be termed as lapp mutton but that must have put people off?) I could only find it with stuffing included so that's what I am having for lunch!
Steak & eggs for ron.

I know I said no more cheapo ready meals but I relented and bought and ate a reduced price prawn curry from aldi for supper instead of the steak and eggs I had planned to eat!

B. Blackberries, granola & yogurt
L. Tried the cherry plum jam that I made yesterday. Remind me next time that its best to read a recipe first before making jam - it really didn't need the juice of a lemon/or it needed more sugar. Perfectly edible but a little tart! Will be lovely with yogurt.
D. The leftover half a pizza

Yesterday I had a small breakfast at a pub prior to shopping. Whilst shopping I bought some pork chops and belly pork rather cheaply and had those with apple for ron.
Today will be steak n eggs at some point and maybe something else fish related as it's fishy Friday?(Thinking tinned tuna/salmon & egg fried pattes with avocado?)
