From the YS cheapie counter, two wild caught salmon fillets with pesto butter and some crumbly stuff on top? This was after I had a couple of hours fishing and came back with a nice rainbow trout!
My Omega 3 to 6 ratio's should be fine for the next couple of days! I'm glad the salmon was 'wild caugh't as well, as farmed salmon iis full of all sorts of nasties!

Years ago, we used to go sailing with my Uncle & Aunt in law, in South Devon. Catch mackerel on passage and it would be cooked in the galley for dinner, either fried, or smoked. Lovely to eat but everything stank of fried fish, clothes, bedding, hair afterwards. It wasn't a very big boat so nowhere to escape. On land, it would have been lovely!

Freshly caught mackerel bears no resemblance to shop bought stuff!
