Had some rain overnight and it looks to be making an appearance again soon. Waterbutts are almost full again. Big Grin

After threatening us with storms yesterday we had a few spits and spots, forecast rain again early morning but nothing.

We were the same, they forecast 90% probability of heavy rain in the early hours but in reality there wasn't much. I emptied one of the water butts in anticipation. There have been showers on and off during the morning but none of them heavy enough to fill butts. I suppose I won't have to water outside things today though. All very humid.

Very 'close' with intermittent showers but very little sunshine. Just enough though for me to get a bit gardening done before diving inside! Sitting with one french window open to try and cause a through draft thoughout the house and keep Kato cool!
It's Sunday afternoon, so having my weekly listen to Gregorian Chants on Amazon music and the rain bouncing off the decking outside! Rolleyes

I've go to ask, Vinny.  Why are Gregorian Chants only a weekly occurrence?  Is it to de-stress? Are you only able to enjoy these on a Sunday?  You know how nosy I am.  Wink

I associate Gregorian Chants with monasteries and churches . I like listening to them and have them on loudly. The neighbours will hopefully think I am listening to songs of praise or suchlike and less likely to complain on Sunday, but they may just think I am a nutter or religeous zealot if played during the week? Huh

It used to annoy the hell out of Helen when I always had the chants on whilst preparing and cooking the Sunday dinner! Blush
