Vinny, I have to ask about your Steve Jobs' Quote " Eat your food as your medicines, otherwise you have to eat medicines as your food" Steve Jobs
- Did you know he was a vegetarian/vegan ?

Today's earlier meal was mince (with a chopped onion from allotment added!) and strong grated cheese on top with a sprinkling of parmesan, all shared with Kato of course! Looks like it's rump steak for ron!
Note :- Just had a quick look online and appaently it was Jobs strict adherance to veganism that killed him!

Moussaka for tea last night, home made. Lovely it was too. Jay tried it for the first time, and he didn't mind it. That's a good rating for someone from 'Ull.

Didn't have the rump steak last night had chicken wings instead, which I had forgot I had bought.
This morning whilst shopping I picked up some stuffed pork roll on the YS counter. I always have a cold coffee on the way home so I ate the stuffed pork roll in the car washed down by the coffee!
That should do me now until after my evening exerises where the rump steak will be summat to look forward to before bed!

B. Banana on seeded bread
L. Packet of crisps and half a giant peach. It really was too big to eat in one go.
D. Battered fish, new potatoes, green beans & mangetout.
All FREE except the fish.
