Cold ooked sausage with various dips, along with a scotch egg for elevenses. Took one third of my slow cooked mince & steak and added a few spices to make it chilli-ish? for 2.00 -ish. The rest is in the fridge for tomorrow.
In the air fryer now is three massive yellow sticker Piri piri chicken thighs I bought yesterday along with som PSB that was also YS.
No doubt Kato will be my friend when I come to eat the chiken thighs!

B. raspberries etc, granola & yogurt
L. Cheese salad, lettuce, cucumber, tomato.
D. Crab sticks in a wrap with lettuce and mayo.
All FREE except the granola & yogurt.

Salmon en croute, courgettes and MT. The salmon was YS in Sainsbury's this afternoon very reduced from £7 ish to well under £2, very nice it was too.
Gardening is an excuse not to do housework

Just about to make myself some YS beef kebabs on sticks, in the air fryer along with three scrambled eggs. After that today, who knows? Possibly some more of my slow cooked mince and stewing beef?

When the builders were here the other day I bought a four pinta of full fat milk so I could make them tea or coffee. Today is it's last day of use and I don't usually drink milk? Rather than waste it I have made some chocolate Complan with it and had this for brekkie.
(Disgusting stuff)
Normal service will be resumed for ron where steak & eggs will be on the menu.

Steak and fried eggs for lunch. For supper chopped ham & pork with pickled beetroot, onions and kim chi with Greek yoghurt for afters!
