We did burgers on the barbeque last night, so that's what we had for tea today too. Jay made his first ever apple crumble, and I am so proud of him
Breakfast was toast with leftover meat from two nights ago, with some salad with creme fraiche and italian herbs mixed in that was left over from last night.
Lunch was dinner, and dinner is apple crumble

I fell off the wagon yesterday, and shared a pizza with Kato.
Today I should be back on track with steak & eggs.!

I had a ouple of mouthfulls of kefir before my morning cup of tea. Then greek yogurt with blueberries & rasps for brekkie.
For brunch, two YS scotch eggs plus YS chilli & garlic olives and bulletproof coffee with sparkling water to clear my palate!
I have the YS duck for ron which is in the oven now with Kato's six chicken thighs for half an hour, then turn his thighs to brown skin for another 20 minutes.
I will take cooked thighs out and knock oven off.
Later I will finish cooking duck for another 40 minutes if all goes to plan?
I also have some slow cooked YS stewing steak which I did in the slow cooker overnoight which will fit into my eating routine sometime today?
