A 'piccy' day today Kefir and greek yourt with blue berries for breakfast. For lunch pork luncheon meat, crab salad,pickled beetroot and red cabbage.
For tea, a yellow sticker chicken pie (ditched most of the pastry, birds liked it!) and a satsuma.

B. Rhubarb & strawberries, granola & yogurt
L. Blue cheese & mayo on bread with lettuce.
D. Leftover Quorn fillet with new potatoes, green beans, mangetout & redcurrant jelly.

A bit experimental meal this evening. Salmon cooked Chinese style (done that before). With a kale , broccoli and Quinoa make it up as I go type thing.

B. Rhubarb, strawberries & raspberries, granola & yogurt
L. Blue cheese spread and lettuce on bread
D. Olive and rosemary focaccia with balsamic tomatoes and cheese.
All FREE except granola & yogurt.

D. Olive foccacia topped with balsamic tomatoes and cheese.& kale crispy seaweed on the side.
