Mostly FREE What the hell is a quorn fillet!?  Its the boneless part of a freerange Quorn. They have 6 legs and roam the hillsides eating heather until spring when they come down to the valleys and join choirs.

L. Marmalade on toast
D Cheese bread, spread with pesto and cheese & grilled. I really like pesto this way. Might have to Buy some when I finish this jar!!!

Yellow sticker smoked haddock at some time today and either steak or mince at a different time.
Change of plan, after a long walk with Kato I decided I fancied a breakfast and had bacon that needed using up.I had bacon, egg & black pudding. The smoked haddock will now be for ron.
